The untouchable just got touched: Washington is reeling after this judge’s final reckoning.

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin — April 21, 2026
Karma has finally arrived for another radical left activist judge who thought she was above the law.
U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman (a Clinton appointee) just delivered a stunning ruling: the felony obstruction conviction of former Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan will stand. Dugan’s desperate post-trial motion to overturn the verdict or get a new trial was flatly rejected in a 39-page decision that left no doubt about her guilt.
The facts are damning and straightforward. In April 2025, ICE officers were waiting outside Dugan’s courtroom to arrest illegal alien Eduardo Flores-Ruiz. Instead of allowing the lawful arrest, Dugan actively helped him evade capture. She enlisted another judge to confront the officers, sent them to the chief judge’s office on a pretext, quickly rescheduled the case, and then directed Flores-Ruiz and his attorney out through a private jury door to help him slip away.
Audio recordings captured Dugan telling her clerk, “I’ll do it. I’ll take the heat,” and later admitting to another judge that she was “in the doghouse” because she “tried to help that guy.” Those words came back to haunt her at trial.
The jury convicted Dugan of felony obstruction of immigration enforcement while acquitting her on a separate concealment charge. Judge Adelman correctly ruled that the evidence was more than sufficient. He rejected Dugan’s claims of judicial immunity, noting there is “no basis for granting immunity simply because the indictment described conduct that could be considered ‘part of a judge’s job.’”
He also dismissed her argument that she was merely protecting courtroom privileges, writing that she failed to show any legal authority to interfere with a lawful ICE arrest. The analogy was clear: just as a defendant doesn’t need to know a gun’s serial number to be guilty of possession, Dugan didn’t need to know every detail to be guilty of obstruction.
This conviction sends a powerful message that no one — not even a sitting judge — is above the law when it comes to obstructing federal immigration enforcement. Radical activist judges who think they can shield illegal aliens from ICE while Americans suffer the consequences of open borders are now on notice.
President Donald Trump has made it crystal clear: we will enforce our immigration laws, deport criminal illegal aliens, and restore the rule of law. Judges who actively interfere with that mission will be held accountable, just like any other American.
The radical left is erupting in the courtroom and in the media because they know this verdict strikes at the heart of their sanctuary city, catch-and-release, pro-illegal alien agenda. They spent years celebrating judges who blocked Trump’s border policies. Now the tables have turned, and their own are facing real consequences.
Hannah Dugan thought she could play hero to an illegal alien at the expense of American sovereignty and public safety. Instead, she became a cautionary tale. Her conviction stands. Her career is in ruins. And the message to every activist judge is loud and clear: obstruct ICE at your own peril.
MAGA stands for the rule of law — applied equally to everyone. No more two-tiered justice. No more judges placing illegal aliens above American citizens. With President Trump in the White House, Kash Patel at the FBI, and strong Republican majorities in Congress, the era of radical judicial activism shielding lawbreakers is coming to an end.
This verdict is not just about one judge in Milwaukee. It is about restoring order, securing our borders, and putting America First once again.
The courtroom may have erupted in shock, but across the heartland, patriotic Americans are erupting in applause.
Justice is being served. The radical left’s house of cards is collapsing. And under President Trump, the rule of law is making a powerful comeback.
Ilhan Omar Challenger Alleges Ties To Growing Minn. Fraud Scandal

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The radical reign of Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) is facing its greatest threat yet. Republican challenger John Nagel has launched a blistering attack, alleging that Omar is "deeply tied" to the massive $1 billion Feeding Our Future fraud scandal that has rocked her Minneapolis-based district.
In a series of explosive claims, Nagel argues that Omar’s own legislation, the MEALS Act, was the primary vehicle that allowed fraudulent actors to siphon off taxpayer dollars intended for hungry children.
🔥 "Ground Zero" for Fraud
Nagel points to a "geographic concentration" that is impossible to ignore. “If you look at where the fraud is, it’s primarily her district,” Nagel told Townhall. He argues that the MEALS Act, which eased guardrails and allowed "grab-and-go" food distribution during the pandemic, created a playground for criminals.
While the bill had bipartisan support at the time, Nagel alleges Omar used the legislation to empower a specific "political orbit" that has since been decimated by federal convictions.
⚡️ The Safari Restaurant Connection
At the heart of the scandal is the Safari Restaurant, a business linked to the fraud where Omar reportedly held campaign events and socialized with owners who are now convicted felons.
“If you’re going to be in politics, you need to go through the people at the Safari Land restaurant,” Nagel alleged. “That was her hangout. That’s where she spent money and got donations.” Nagel claims that while Omar has reported returning some donations from convicted individuals, public records suggest a "whole lot more money" remains unaccounted for.

🏛️ Trump’s "Garbage" Ultimatum
The controversy has caught the attention of President Donald Trump, who didn't mince words this month when discussing Omar and the Somali community in Minnesota. Ripping the Congresswoman as “garbage,” the President took a hardline stance on immigration from failed states.
“I don’t want them in our country. I’ll be honest with you,” Trump said during a recent briefing. “Their country stinks, and we don’t want them in our country... they just run around killing each other. There’s no structure.”
📉 "Circumstantial Evidence" Mounts
Omar has defended the fraud as a byproduct of "weaknesses in emergency pandemic programs," claiming the guardrails simply weren't there. But Nagel isn't buying the "accidental" narrative.
“There’s just too much circumstantial evidence to look at this and say she had to have known something,” Nagel added. He highlighted that one of Omar’s own staffers was among those convicted in the scheme—a direct link into the halls of Congress.
📊 What This Means Politically
The 5th District Pivot: Nagel is betting that even deep-blue Minneapolis voters are fed up with seeing $1 billion stolen while their representative deflects blame.
The "Root Out" Strategy: Nagel is calling for a total purge of the Minnesota DFL, claiming they have "let things slide" for too long.
National Security Focus: With the Shield of the Americas initiative in full swing, the Trump administration is looking to eliminate domestic corruption linked to foreign-born agitators.
As the 2026 midterms approach, the "Squad" is officially on the defensive.

MAGA Take: Ilhan Omar helped pass the law that let $1 billion disappear, spent her campaign cash at the restaurant where the fraud was cooked up, and hired a staffer who ended up in cuffs. President Trump is right—it’s time to take out the “garbage” and return Minnesota to the people who actually love this country!
