Then the nursery feed activated.
Serena had entered Ethan's room.
She thought the cameras were off.
She whispered to Ethan.
"You ruined everything."

He screamed.

The truth had finally entered the room without permission.
Naomi immediately transmitted the recording to the public hearing.
Reporters began broadcasting it.
Serena looked toward the camera.
She realized.

But Lucien had already prepared his escape.
He took Ethan through a hidden elevator.
The court order became meaningless.
The child disappeared again.
And Victor's transport convoy was attacked outside the courthouse.
