Olivia stepped between him and their daughter.

Adrian fired into the air.
Sophie screamed.
Ethan stepped forward.
“She has nothing to do with this.”
“She has forty-eight million reasons to do with this.”
Adrian believed killing Sophie would redirect the trust.
The inheritance had become a death sentence.
Eleanor finally confessed.
Celeste had asked her to impersonate her.
She was collecting evidence against Richard.
Adrian discovered them.
He killed Celeste.
He also killed Dr. Keller—or so everyone believed.
Then Eleanor revealed the impossible.
“Keller is alive.”
Everyone stopped.
Adrian's face changed.
Before he could react, Marcus tackled him.
Police arrested him.
Keller was eventually found in Costa Rica.
He agreed to testify.
His testimony confirmed the nightmare.
Richard had ordered Olivia's confinement.
Claire had supplied recordings.
Judge Cole had buried complaints.
Adrian had arranged the crash.
Vanessa had known.
And Sophie had been used as leverage.
The legal wall around Olivia finally collapsed.
Her death certificate was canceled.
The court recognized her as alive.
Sophie hugged her mother.
“You existed yesterday.”
Olivia cried.
“Yes, I did.”
Then Vanessa appeared in court.
Pregnant.
She wanted to cooperate.
But she demanded one thing.
Protection for her unborn child.
