When the time came for the vows, Dominic took both of Mia’s hands in his, speaking from the depths of his heart without reading from a paper.
"Mia," Dominic’s voice resonated through the chapel, rich with sincere emotion. "Before I met you, I lived in a world of silence and stone. I believed my life was meant only for duty and survival. You brought warmth into my home, love into my heart, and hope into my future. I vow to protect you, respect you, and cherish you and Harper every day of my life, through every storm and every sunrise."
Mia wiped a single tear from her cheek, her smile shining like the morning light.
"Dominic," Mia spoke softly yet clearly. "You showed me that true strength isn't about power—it's about how gently you protect those you love. You gave my daughter a home, and you gave me a love I never thought I deserved. I give you my heart, my life, and my eternal devotion."

Dominic pulled Mia gently into his arms, kissing her deeply as the entire chapel erupted into joyful applause and cheering. Harper leaped up, hugging both of their legs, completing the picture of a true, unbroken family.
