Chapter 19 - The New EraThe grand ballroom of the Harrington Estate had never looked more breathtaking.

Crystal chandeliers shimmered brilliantly overhead, casting diamond-like reflections across the newly polished marble floors. The elite of Boston's financial, political, and social spheres filled the room, but this time, the atmosphere was entirely different. There was no casual arrogance, no whispered gossip about family drama. There was only absolute, respectful silence as the double doors at the head of the grand staircase swung open.
At the center of the room, standing beside Eleanor’s wheelchair, was Adrian Harrington.
And walking down the twin staircase right beside him, dressed in a stunning, bespoke midnight-blue evening gown that commanded the attention of every single person in the room, was Isabella Moore.
Victoria Harrington stood near the far exit, draped in shadows, her face twisted in bitter, helpless fury as she watched the former housemaid take her rightful place at the pinnacle of high society. But no one looked at Victoria. No one cared.
Adrian stopped at the bottom of the staircase, turning slightly to look at Isabella as the crowd broke into a polite, thunderous ovation. He raised a glass of champagne, his dark eyes shining with quiet triumph.
Isabella raised her glass in return, her posture tall, elegant, and unshakable.

The cane that Victoria had tried to steal rested securely against Eleanor’s wheelchair—not as a weapon of control, but as a monument to the past. And as Isabella looked out over the glittering ballroom, she knew one thing for certain:
The Harrington empire had a new queen, and the game had only just begun.
