Julian returned home with Reed.
They found the door behind the concrete wall.
Inside was a room filled with files.
Photographs.
Bank statements.
Medical records.
And dozens of photographs of Julian.
As a child.
As a teenager.
As a young man.
Evelyn entered the room behind him.
She stared at the walls.
"Oh my God."
Julian turned.
"What?"
She pointed to one photograph.
It showed her.
Twenty years earlier.
Standing beside Julian's father.
"I've seen this."
Julian's eyes widened.
"Where?"
"In my mother's house."
Evelyn stepped closer.
"That's the night my father disappeared."
Julian stared at her.
"What are you saying?"
Evelyn whispered:
"Our families were connected long before we met."
Then a light switched on in the back of the room.
A projector began playing.
A video appeared.
Two young women stood in a hospital hallway.
One was Cassandra.
The other was Evelyn.

It was three years before Julian had ever met either of them.
